These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using PUBG Insight (the "Service") provided by 김재희 (the "Operator"), and the rights and obligations of the Operator and users.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms establish the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Operator and users when users use the Service.
Article 2 (Definitions)

- "User" means a member or non-member who uses the Service under these Terms.
- "Member" means a user who has agreed to these Terms and created an account.
- "Account" means access created through email or social login (Google, Discord, or Kakao) to identify members and use member features.
Article 3 (Publication and amendment of the Terms)
- The Operator publishes these Terms through a link at the bottom of every Service screen so that users can easily find them.
- The Operator may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
- Amendments and their effective date are announced on the Service at least 7 days before they take effect. Important changes or changes unfavorable to users are announced at least 30 days in advance, and members are individually notified by their registered email or a notice screen at login.
- Members who do not agree to amended Terms may delete their account. When members log in again after amended Terms take effect, the Operator obtains their agreement, and member features may be restricted until they agree.
Article 4 (Service features)
- Using data from the official PUBG developer API provided by KRAFTON, the Service offers player statistics, match records, weapon and attachment analysis, combat analysis and 2D replays, leaderboards, and player comparisons.
- Members can also use favorites, recent searches, a default player, and saved comparisons.
- The Service is provided free of charge, and the Operator does not charge users.
Article 5 (Unofficial Service notice)
- The Service is an unofficial fan service for PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS players and is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by KRAFTON, Inc., PUBG Corporation, or their affiliates. The Operator does not present the Service as official.
- "PUBG" in the Service name is used only to identify the game covered by the Service. The Service does not use the PUBG logo or variations of it. The Service logo, screen design, and analysis methods are created by the Operator.
- PUBG, PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS and all related logos are trademarks of PUBG Corporation or its affiliates.
- Copyright and trademark rights to game assets, including game names, images, and icons, belong to KRAFTON or its affiliates. The Service uses data received through an API key issued under the PUBG developer terms and assets published for developers within the scope permitted by those terms and KRAFTON's content creation guidelines.
- Other trademarks, including Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Google, Discord, and Kakao, belong to their respective owners. The Service displays them only to identify platforms and login methods.
- If a rights holder objects to the Service's use of an asset, the Operator stops displaying or modifies that asset as soon as the objection is confirmed. Objections can be sent to the Operator's contact details in the Privacy Policy.
- Match data follows the coverage and update schedule of the PUBG API, and analysis results are estimates for reference. The Operator cannot guarantee the accuracy of the official data itself.
Article 6 (Membership registration)
- People aged 14 or older become members by agreeing to these Terms and completing email verification or social login. People under 14 cannot register.
- The Operator may refuse registration or terminate the Service agreement afterward if a person uses another person's information, has previously been restricted for violating these Terms, or is under 14.
- Personal information processing is governed by the separately published Privacy Policy.
Article 7 (Account management)
- Members must manage their own account and password and must not allow third parties to use them.

Article 10 (Usage restrictions and termination)
- Members may delete their account at any time through [My Account], and the Operator processes the deletion immediately.
- If a user violates Article 8, the Operator may block requests, restrict features, or terminate the Service agreement depending on the severity of the violation. Except for urgent security threats, the Operator explains the reason in advance and provides an opportunity to respond.
- Users may object to usage restrictions through the Operator's contact details in the Privacy Policy. The Operator informs them of the review result.
Article 11 (Intellectual property rights)
